About Me

Mariusz

I began my journey as a massage therapist in Krakow, where I graduated from the Medical School of Therapeutic Massage.

Since then, I’ve continued to expand my skills through a wide range of courses and trainings in different massage methods, always striving to deliver the best possible care to my clients.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a variety of people—from athletes to children with
disabilities, and in a busy SPA environment—gaining valuable experience across therapeutic,
rehabilitative, and relaxation-based treatments. For the past two years, I’ve been proud to bring that experience to RE:SET, where I offer massage treatments tailored to each individual’s needs.

My approach is holistic, blending therapeutic techniques to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and support both physical and emotional wellbeing. Whether someone needs targeted relief from chronic tension or a moment of deep relaxation, I aim to create a space where they feel supported, listened to, and cared for.

Outside of work, I have a strong interest in natural health and movement practices that support the body’s healing processes—tools that also inform my work and enhance the treatments I give. I believe massage is more than just a luxury—it’s a powerful tool to help people reset and feel their best.

About me

Steph

I’m Steph, I’ve been a qualified Complementary Therapist since 2011. I originally specialised in deep tissue massage, but over the years my toolkit has expanded to include reflexology, facials, Indian head massage, and aromatherapy.

My approach balances strength with subtlety. I blend deep tissue techniques, stretching, trigger
point therapy, fascial release, and intuitive touch to create tailored treatments that meet each client exactly where they are. I believe in the power of massage not just to relieve physical tension, but to help people reconnect with their bodies and restore their inner balance.

I’ve also trained in the DORN Method and traditional Thai massage, and while I haven’t practised these as much recently, I’m always open to revisiting them if a client would benefit. Likewise, I can incorporate aromatherapy for those who enjoy a more sensory, grounding experience.

Outside of work, I’m happiest in nature—whether that’s a long hike or a gentle stroll. Music is another big love of mine, especially live shows and festivals. I’m curious by nature and always up for trying something new… even if it’s just once, for the story!

Whether you're here to ease deep muscular tension or simply to unwind, I’m passionate about helping you feel more at home in your body.

Quinta

Massage / Physiotherapist

About me

Quinta

I am a registered physiotherapist in the UK with a background that bridges both Western and Eastern approaches to rehabilitation and wellness.

Before relocating to the UK to complete my professional physiotherapy training, I earned degrees in Education and Science from the University of Hong Kong. Alongside my studies, I practised as a sports massage therapist and trained under a Chinese medical practitioner in clinical acupuncture and cupping.

My own journey through injuries sustained from Taekwondo, strength training, and aerial arts has greatly influenced how I practise today. These personal experiences revealed to me the limitations of standardised assessments and generic exercise prescriptions, and they inspired me to develop a more comprehensive, hands-on approach to care.

In my sessions at RE:SET, I combine evidence-based physiotherapy with the therapeutic principles of Chinese medicine to create tailored treatment plans that address both immediate relief and long-term management. Rather than attributing chronic pain or reduced mobility solely to posture or age, I focus on identifying underlying causes and providing manual therapy interventions that deliver real, tangible results.

I work with a wide range of clients, from those experiencing everyday discomfort such as back pain or neck and shoulder stiffness, to individuals managing the complex challenges of chronic neurological conditions including Cerebral Palsy, Parkinson’s disease, and Multiple Sclerosis.

My goal is always the same; to empower each person to regain comfort, restore movement, and take an active role in their health.
