Our state of the art Pods are filled with 10 inch of water which is combined with 500kg of Epsom Salts to give a saline solution allowing the you to float effortlessly, with the water and ambient air temperature set to 35.5ºc, to match body temperature and achieve a sense of weightlessness.
Using a float pod creates a sensory deprived environment free from the external stimuli that affect both mental and physical stress that we are often unaware of. Once inside the Float Pod the experience is unique and personal to you.

Wow ….. absolutely amazing. The whole experience from customer service, aesthetics, layout and actual facilities were fantastic. As for the float therapy, great experience allowing for some self mindfulness and totally relaxing. I must admit before going I had some doubts, but those have firmly been dispelled. Floating was an incredible experience. I don’t remember the last time I felt so relaxed. I was nervous I might feel claustrophobic but I didn’t at all. The centre is really welcoming and I felt completely safe and relaxed in my pod (which was much bigger than I expected!). I can’t recommend it highly enough!!

I was a little bit nervous at first and normally I struggle to relax, but after a few minutes I managed to drift off into the experience. Afterwards I felt lighter and my lower back felt less tight . The staff were welcoming and helpful and I would definitely recommend and look forward to going back.

The float pod was an excellent experience and the benefit of being weightless helped my back pain problem for a few days immediately after the treatment. The closing the pod lid and setting the coloured light sequence enhanced my experience – totally stress busting!

I had an amazing experience at reset, from the moment I walked in the door the staff were so friendly. I was a bit nervous but the staff were so reassuring and there is even simple step by step instructions in the wall, everything has been so well thought out. Would definitely recommend.
