Description
The next generation in sauna tech, our Infrared Saunas are sure to make you feel great. Simply put, by using light to heat your body we can flush out the bad and keep in the good.
An infrared sauna is a type of sauna that uses light to create heat. This type of sauna is sometimes called a far-infrared sauna — “far” describes where the infrared waves fall on the light spectrum. A traditional sauna uses heat to warm the air, which in turn warms your body. An infrared sauna heats your body directly without warming the air around you.
The appeal of saunas in general is that they cause reactions similar to those elicited by moderate exercise, such as vigorous sweating and increased heart rate. An infrared sauna produces these results at lower temperatures than does a regular sauna, which makes it all-round a much more comfortable experience.

I’ve had three infrared saunas here, the first one was really hot – just as I like – but that was because the sauna had already got up to temperature prior to me going in as a result of a previous booking. The last two infrared saunas I had were not hot enough for me. I prefer a hot ‘dry heat’ sauna over a warm infrared one. They only last 45 mins and I don’t want to sit in a cool sauna waiting for it to get up to temperature!

This is such a convenient and wonderful experience. I have now been twice and the benefits are exceptional. I felt it helped with muscle relaxation and the heat is a welcome detox from the grey rainy days we have at the moment. It’s also really feasible for regular use. Just looking at booking my next one – would highly recommend!
